The only, scant evidence of this intended superhero franchise starring Alec Baldwin are the DVD release and the odd toy tie-in cropping up on ebay.

Baldwin played a ex-grunt-turned-opium warlord persuaded back onto the straight and narrow by a Tibetan holy man (no, not Richard Gere). Anyway, after being taught to "cloud men's minds" for good, he returns to the US where he terrorises criminal gangs with his newfound telepathic abilities.

However, trouble comes a-calling when Ghengis Khan's last living descendant pitches up determined to cause bother.

The $40m budgeted film died a death...and wasn't helped when a Californian earthquake destroyed one of the sets.
