Sylvester Stallone has been talking about revisiting Rambo since the success of last year's fourth instalment. Now Sly says the movie will happen - but his only concern is where to set the action.
Having found success with old-school action heroes Rocky and Rambo over the last few years, it's no surprise that Sylvester Stallone has been linked with further sequels.
But while the actor/ director has put the dampeners on a return to the Rocky ring, he has been keen to continue the story of John Rambo, the one man army Vietnam vet.
"Yeah, we are doing another Rambo!" Stallone told reporters earlier this week. "But the conflict is whether to do it in America or a foreign country," he explained.
The last movie found Rambo camping out up river form Cambodia, where he was soon drawn into conflict. It ended - spoiler alert - with his return to the U.S., and a visit to his remaining family.
In late 2008 Stallone had said he was interested in producing a different kind of Rambo movie.
"I would like to take Rambo to another genre, experiment a little with the character," he said. "It would definitely not be another war movie. I can't go any further with that than what I've already done."
Meanwhile, Stallone has been busy working on a balls-out action flick called The Expendables, which follows a team of mercenaries who are hell bent on overthrowing an evil dictator.
Stallone has managed to get together a cast of action legends, including Jet Li, Jason Statham and - brilliantly - Doplh Lundgren. Sir Ben Kingsley and Forest Whitaker are both down to supply some acting talent, while Sandra Bullock is currently attached as the female lead.
