Utilising the newly-minted benefits of computer-generated imagery, this cod documentary took a behind-the-scenes look at the annual Penguin World Surfing Championship, and its newest participant, up-and-comer Cody Maverick (Shia LaBeouf). The movie contained sly digs at other films ranging from Happy Feet to The Big Lebowski. Real-life surfers Kelly Slater and Rob Machado also appeared and provided voices for their penguin counterparts.
