Bonjour, terrible enfants! In their second feature-length adventure, Nickelodeon's naughty nippers travel to Paris and foil the schemes of the wicked manager of a Japanese theme park. Susan Sarandon and John Lithgow join the regular voice cast for another potty-ful of animated fun.

Review

You need to be a very young Rugrat fan to enjoy this colourful but forgettable cartoon in which the mini mischief-makers descend on France. The film tries to be comic, exciting and sentimental, a guaranteed combination. Chas Finster (Michael Bell), still pining for his dead wife, goes to Paris to help his pal mend a Godzilla figure in ReptarLand, only to be descended upon by the manager, Cruella De Vil-clone Coco La Bouche (Susan Sarandon), seeking a husband to ensure a promotion. This is the cue for Chuckie, Chas's two-year-old son, to sing plaintively that 'I want a Mom that will last forever'.
