Final Destination director James Wong returns with this sci-fi thriller about a young boy (Justin Chapman) who is presented with a challenge by his dying grandfather. He must find the great Master Roshi (Yun-Fat Chow) and gather all seven Dragon Balls in order to prevent the evil Piccolo (James Marsters) from taking over the world.
