Sixty-three dog years since the first Air Bud and the series is losing none of its shaggy charm. The puppies have to rescue mum and dad when they're dog-napped by dastardly doggone deadbeats who want the sports-hound for a spoilt brat in this cute family adventure.

Review

While in no danger of troubling the inside of a mulitplex, Disney's workmanlike but winning Air Bud films are an enjoyable way to kill seventy-five minutes with the pups.

Bustling with a entire farmyard of animals (all capable of CGI-assisted speech), Cruella de Dumb dogcatchers, life lessons on team work, and more canine comedy than you can throw a stick at, and only the recently neutered won't be won over.

Voice talent glamour comes courtesy of a pre-Little Miss Sunshine Abigail Breslin and The Green Mile's Michael Clarke Duncan.

Puppy fond more than puppy love, but the family litter will be panting for more.
