After forty years in prison, gravedigger Coffin Joe (José Mojica Marins) returns to the Brazilian shanty towns with the intention of finding the perfect women to bear his children. However, he doesn't count on the intervention of cops Captain Osvaldo Pontes and his brother Coronel Claudiomiro. With its origins in a series of films made in the 1960s, director Marins returns with a schlock horror extravaganza in which one poor unfortunate is obliged to eat her own bottom.
