Australia, Baz Lurhmann's epic love story starring Hugh Jackman and Nicole Kidman, is due out this Christmas... and we've got the first look at the new UK trailer!
Australia tells the story of Nicole Kidman's English aristocrat who, during the second World War, inherits a ranch down under and has to side with Hugh Jackman’s local cowboy to save her land.
The pair go on to drive a huge herd of cattle across the Australian landscape, witnessing the Japanese bombings as they go.
Apart form the pairing of Oz’s two favourite actors, much of the hype surrounding the movie is down to the director, Baz Lurhmann. Although he’s hardly the most prolific of directors - he's directed just four feature films - his track record of pleasing critics and audiences alike is unblemished.
Moulin Rouge, Romeo & Juliet and Strictly Ballroom all took plaudits and achieved box office success, and his latest looks likely to continue the trend.
