Aspiring marketeer Brian Flanagan (Tom Cruise) takes a part-time bar job in the Big Apple and, under the tutelage of bar maestro Doug Coughlin (Bryan Brown), is soon half of the hottest glass-juggling, bottle-spinning double act in town. On a bar-tending jaunt to Jamaica, Brian works his charms on pretty artist Jordan (Elisabeth Shue) but it seems success has gone to his head. As the title suggests, this 1988 pleasure cruise is a real cocktail; relaxing, fun and a bit fruity.
