1 of 2Birmingham-set rap opera following 24 hours in the violent lives of two street crews. Filmed in the Handsworth area of the city, the story is apparently based on the notorious local gangs The Johnson Crew and Burger Bar Boys and features non-actors. Written and directed by Penny Woolcock, who also made the comedy-drama Mischief Night.
